       If the customer wishes to exchange any jewellery that is purchased from ZMC they can do so, by returning the same to ZMC’s registered address or to any of our stores in India. Lifetime exchange Policy as stated below:

         All products will undergo quality checks before the exchange is initiated. ZMC Jewellery Pvt Ltd reserves the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.

GENERAL LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

You agree that under no circumstance will ZMC or any of our affiliates and our and their directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, predecessors, successors or assigns, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequentional damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits and damages that result from inconvenience, delay, loss of use, or physical or psychological injury) related to or arising out of use of the Product and Website provided by us, and the contents of the Product and the Website, arrangements made based on information related to or obtained from the Product and Website, or Products or services related to or obtained from the product and Website, even if we or they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ZMC’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount/ final selling price of the Product paid by you to ZMC at the time of purchase.

[XIX] INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ZMC and our affiliates, and our and their respective directors, officers, members, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses), relating to or arising from:

Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, if next day is not a holiday‚ unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively‚ we may give you notice by certified mail‚ shipping prepaid and return receipt requested‚ to the address provided to us during the registration process. In such case‚ notice shall be deemed given 3 working days after the date of mailing.

Anchor

This User Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any dispute arises between you and ZMC during your use of the Site or thereafter‚ in connection with the validity‚ interpretation‚ implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the User Agreement‚ the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by ZMC. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act‚ 1996‚ shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The cost of arbitration shall be as ordered by the Arbitrator.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USER AGREEMENT

ZMC may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. You should regularly review the User Agreement on zeromakingcharges.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

SEVERABILITY

WAIVER

Any failure of ZMC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this User Agreement and/or Terms of Use shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
